The Best Dining Room Set For Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is tantalizing close. So close in fact, you can practically taste the turkey and fabulous side dishes whenever you think about it.

You also have a lot to do this year, because it’s your turn to host the family for Thanksgiving.

But you’ve got things under control. You decided on the menu in September and have everything written down — from what you need to prep, defrost and cook, and when. It’s all going like clockwork.

Until you realized you don’t have enough space to seat everyone.

What are you going to do?

Fortunately,  we have a ten-piece dining room set that will transform the vibe of any dining room, and has enough space for your guests. Plus, the rustic, dark brown wood finish will suit any style and decor you currently have.

So fret no more. West Coast Appliance and Furniture has you covered, especially on the most important food day of the year.

The Best Dining Room Table For Entertaining

You love to entertain.

Parties, family dinners, last-minute get-togethers: you do it all.

Nothing compares to the thrill of prepping food, decorating and deciding on the theme for your event. It’s your happy place.

That is, until everyone (tries) to gather at the table.

Your dining room table is small, dingy and a little wobbly. It’s time for an upgrade.

At West Coast Appliance and Furniture we have many fabulous dining sets. But our favorite is this beauty from Modus Furniture International. The table is crafted from 2” thick planks of Acacia wood and powder-coated iron. It’s sealed with a clear lacquer to preserve the natural wood grain.

Now if that doesn’t say masterpiece, we don’t know what does.

With 6 chairs, you’ll have enough seating to accommodate family, friends and drop-in guests.

You are already the ultimate entertainer. Now you will have the table to match the title.

New Furniture for Spring

It may have been a mild winter, but we are already thinking ahead to spring. Sunshine, flowers, and of course, spring cleaning.

If you bust out the mop, vacuum, duster and latex gloves at the earliest sign of spring, then you are a true spring cleaning fanatic. And there’s nothing wrong with that.

But, if you’re spending the time to thoroughly clean your house — and everything in it — you don’t want to clean old, broken-down stuff.

How many times have you passed by your crooked kitchen table? Every few weeks you slip a piece of folded paper underneath the wobbly leg. Unfortunately, dust gathers around it, and your adorable dog pulls the paper out and uses it as a toy. Our dining room sets span different colors and designs, and we know you’ll find the perfect fit for your house.

As time passes, your design tastes change. And so do the likes and dislikes of your children. Your child will develop their own style, and want their bedroom furniture to reflect their personality. Or if you have a teenager under your roof, you may need to invest in a new mirror or bookshelves.

Spring is on the horizon, and it’s not just a time for cleaning. Take advantage of the spring cleaning buzz and refresh your home’s signature furniture pieces. This year, embrace spring and buy something fresh and new. You’ll be happy you did!

The Best Furniture Pieces for Your House

Did you know summer is the busiest time for real estate? Not only are people selling their homes, buyers are flooding the market. Maybe you are a recent home-buyer. If so, congratulations! Or you’re possibly in the midst of a remodel. Either way, you’re probably looking to fill your home with beautiful new items.

As our name implies, we have furniture and appliances for your home. If you’re happy with your appliances, then new furniture might be your next big purchase. Fortunately, we have plenty of deals on furniture that will bring comfort, class and style to every room of your home.

Do you spend a lot of time in your home office? If you do, then you know how important a comfortable office chair is. Many people overlook the humble office chair, not paying attention to how they feel while viewing spreadsheets, sending emails or editing documents. Before you know it, hours have passed and when you try to stand, your back aches. You don’t want to spend each night in agony because of a poor quality chair. Invest in a great office chair and your work days will be infinitely better. Your muscles will thank you.

You love to entertain. The holidays are your favorite time of year, and the more people huddled around your table, the better. Unfortunately, your dining table is a little lackluster these days. Decades of dinners and parties have taken their toll. The wood has a few nicks and parts of the top are burned from placing hot pots directly onto the table. It’s time to purchase a new dining table with more surface area, more seating

and more shine. You can make new memories while sitting around a brand new table.

Furniture is an important part of your home and daily life. Chairs, side tables, and couches add spice and fun to your house. We have the best brands and quality items that will work perfectly for your lifestyle.

Sheesham Wood Outlasts Them All

Sheesham wood furniture pieces are like snowflakes. Each one is unique. Known for its durability and longevity, #sheesham wood has natural grains, so no two pieces are alike. Your sheesham wood coffee table, dining set or bed will be one-of-a-kind.

Rich grains are a hallmark of sheesham wood. But like with any

quality product, it requires TLC from you to last a long time. Practice these simple techniques and you’ll pass your furniture down from generation to generation.

Don’t expose the wood to direct sunlight, temperature variations or humidity changes. Doing so could fade the rich color or warp the wood. Remember when your grandma always made you use a coaster at her house? It's because she knew proper care techniques. Coasters protect the wood from stains or absorbing unwanted liquids or heat.

For the actual cleaning, a light dusting will suffice. Follow up with a few swipes from a slightly moistened cotton cloth to capture any dirt. Don’t use too much water because it may leave stains or warp the wood.

Finally, give it a good polish to add shine and vibrancy. For a superior polish, use a natural beeswax polish. Buff with a dry cloth to remove extra wax, step back, and enjoy the sheen of your sheesham wood.

Easy to clean and lasts a long time? No, it’s not too good to be true. Sheesham wood is durable and the best furniture you'll ever own.
