Much Salt

such as rice or pasta, that can absorb some of the extra salt. If you add too
much salt to soup, then double the recipe and leave out the extra salt. You can
always freeze the leftovers.

it could cook through much sooner. A meat thermometer helps with this.

Create a cornstarch slurry by mixing equal parts cold water and cornstarch into
the sauce. Cook 2-5 minutes until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
