How To Store Your Pots And Pans

There’s nothing more frustrating than storing pots and pans. They’re always mashed into a cabinet, and when you buy a new one, the chaotic process of moving things and finding space starts over again. There has to be a better way.

And actually, there is!

With a few creative storage ideas, you can create order, keep pots and pans out of sight, and not worry about them falling out when you open the cabinet.

Use A Vertical Rack
Place an inexpensive upright rack — such as a file organizer — inside a drawer to keep lids standing up.

Install A Pullout
This is a simple weekend home repair job. Replace a stationary shelf with a pullout option for easier access.

Use A Drawer, Not A Door
When you pull out the whole drawer, you get a good view of the contents from above.

After a couple simple changes, the days of messy cabinets stacked high with pots and pans will be over. Now you’ll know where everything is and there won’t be any clanging metal when you reach for a pot or pan.
